34) “Unplug” yourself for a day
First,
I think it's hard to leave Wi-Fi turned off in my iPhone and it’s impossible.
Then I convinced my self to be unplugged for one day .So I decide to
spend as much time doing things as I want, as long as I do it on my iPhone .It
was a day that no access to the internet and no cell phone. The time was moving
slowly & I had no idea what to do. It would take me about 15 minutes to
become bored. I start to not care about my phone and what my friends are doing
on social media. So I left my room and went to the outdoor and sit with my sisters.
I helped them with their homework’s and I played with them the truth &
daring game. I'm amazed at how much I enjoyed with my sisters. After that I
talk with my mum about cousin wedding it was a great conversation (and I
could focus on the conversation more like than I do before). My dad was shocked when I told him I give up my
phone for one day. And, who could blame
him? A cell phone is something everyone -seriously-everyone uses in
this day and age. I told him I want to to live this day without my phone any technology
device. After hours ago, I realized that I spent half my day with my family. I have to say, I was much happier back when I didn't have
to see what my friends were doing every second of the day. I was much happier
thinking about what I would be doing every second of the day, and making sure
that it was NOT being on the internet. At the end of the day, everything
also seemed more relaxing and the nights smoothly rolled on longer. Phones or
any technology device are very participatory activities and I never realized
how tired that made me until I stopped doing it. I felt it was an interesting experience.
